All kinds of unbuilt projects, whether actual (existing site, real client and design brief) or speculative (self initiated proposals or academic) designed for site in India, or having an Indian context (if not specific to any site) are eligible for submission.
No. It doesn’t matter which country you belong to, only your project has to be India specific to be eligible for this book.
There is no limit to the number of projects one can send. For every project, separate form needs to be submitted.
The book will feature contemporary unbuilt projects, which means projects designed after India’s independence, i.e, post year 1947.
Yes, landscape, restoration, conservation and planning projects are eligible. Interior design projects, furniture design, or installations aren’t eligible for the book.
We are afraid, no. We would need high resolution images for printing.
Thesis and Dissertation projects at B.Arch, M.Arch, M.Plan course are eligible for the book.
Yes, you can.
Yes, you can submit the project along with the names of collaborators, if any.
Yes, you can submit your project even if it is already published in some other magazine (online or offline) or book.
Projects already published in Unbuilt Vol 1.0 are not eligible for Vol 2.0.
